The Scaling a Property Portfolio Workshop provides the knowledge and resources required to increase your property portfolio quickly.
Hosted by Steven Clark and Sam Dyer – who created their own residential property investment company in 2020 and grew their property portfolio to £10m value in less than three and a half years – will explain how they achieved this using none of their own money and will teach you how to do the same. The course will focus on the necessary systems and processes to ensure that this is completed successfully, and will cover how to raise private finance of this magnitude when scaling up the portfolio quickly.
This is a three-day retreat with like-minded people at Birkhill Castle near Cupar in Scotland. Come and dine with our private fine dining chef, learn how to source portfolios and carry out all due diligence, how to raise private finance to fund them and network, build relationships with us at the end of 2024.
